Leasing Fees without Property Management:

6 month lease - 1/2 month rent
12 - 23 month lease - 1 month rent
24 month lease - 1.5 months rent
(fee is prorated between 6 and 12 months)

Leasing Fees with Property Management:

Less than 17 month lease - 1/2 month rent
18 month or more lease - 1 month rent

Property Management Fee:
8% per month

Renewal Fee:
$110

Advertising:
Standard advertising inlcudes yard signage, Triangle MLS, Realtor.com, featured home on JMPPropertyManagement.com, Craigslist.org,  Hotpads.com, Enormo.com,
Dothomes.com, Backpage.com, and Trulia.com.

(Anything landlord requires in addition to standard advertising will be at cost)

Tenants

Application Fee:
$50
